We have free delivery to Stone Harbor, Avalon, Sea Isle, Wildwood & Cape May.  Ocean City has free delivery for pick ups and deliveries on Saturday only with an advance order.  We do not deliver past Ocean City.  You may also pick up and drop off at our office.

**note: All bike rentals are through sandy shore bike   rentals, llc. an independent company.  the same rental terms and conditions as noted below apply for bike rentals and crib and beach rentals made through stone harbor crib and beach rental owned and operated by Atlantic shore, llc.  Wearing a helmet while riding a bike is the responsibility of the rider and/or parent.**

Terms and Conditions agreement

Safety is the utmost importance to us.  Please follow all safety guidelines that are set forth by the manufacturer.  On the day of departure have all equipment and linens on your front porch by 9am.  If they are not outside when we arrive for pick up there will be a $15.00 charge to come back to the property.  If you need to extend your rental period, please call us in advance. We cannot guarantee the availability of the equipment without advanced notification.  Please count all linens before leaving. There will be a replacement fee for anything missing or damaged  in your order.  Linens are washed with a mild detergent, bleach and fabric softener. There are no refunds after order is delivered.  These prices are based on a weekly rate.  A 7% Sales tax needs to be added to your total order.                                            

 All equipment rented pursuant to the Statement is rented & used by the Lessee at Lessee's own risk. Any Lessee hereunder must be at least 18 years of age & such Lessee does hereby agree to hold harmless & indemnify the Lessor on & after the period of rental, with respect to any & all claims, actions, demands losses, costs, expenses, liabilities (joint or several), penalties & damages, including counsel fees incurred by the Lessor resulting from any such current or future claims, actions or lawsuits by any party or parties including the Lessee, concerning the lease & rental of any & all such equipment.  All equipment is maintained by Lessor in good condition.  Conditions which prevent satisfactory operation of equipment do not relieve Lessee of Lessee's responsibility for rental charges.  Lessee assumes all responsibility for equipment while in Lessee's possession & Lessee does hereby agree to return all such equipment in as good a condition as it was at the date of Lessee's possession, normal wear & tear excepted.  Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of any & all equipment.  All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid by the Lessee at full replacement value & all repairable damaged equipment shall be repaired by Lessor at Lessee's cost.  By executing above, Lessee does hereby acknowledge Lessee's understanding of and does hereby agree to the within terms & conditions.
